The End Game

Upon substantial completion, the Owner’s Rep will coordinate the preparation of a detailed and comprehensive punch list of incomplete or non-complying items and monitor their expeditious completion. The Owner’s Rep should also be responsible for consolidating all close-out documents including technical manuals, maintenance instructions, and warranties.
