Why Me?
Early in my career I heard a simple request made by an owner during contract negotiations with the GC I was working for at the time; “just treat me fairly”. This is the standard that I would uphold as your representative.
I hope you will consider my services for your project. In addition to 30+ years of practical experience working on premium residential projects, my arts background has given me an appreciation and eye for quality as well as an enhanced level of enthusiasm for producing out of the ordinary results. There is often an inherent tension between the creative impulses of the architect/designer and the contractors’ risk management concerns. I consider myself highly experienced and well qualified to mediate between the two. There should be a balance between the conception of a unique living space and the practical realities of constructibility, cost, and schedule. Having worked with a number of the premier contractors, architects, designers and specialized trades people in the high-end residential market over the years, I have become familiar with the business from the inside and I know how to provide guidance and support to the best advantage.

One characteristic that residential projects have in common, particularly at the top end of the market, is that no two are the same. Likewise, the services outlined above can be adapted to suit the needs of your project. Depending on your particular needs this may be a half day minimum for a property inspection, a different division of responsibility through the course of the project, or property management after completion.
